I was considering buying the following clubs:

    Taylormade R11 10.5 Driver = 1395C

    Taylormade R11 3 Wood (L30+) = 395C

    Ping Rapture V2 Irons = 1685C

    Taylormade Z Satin TP 54 degree = 200C

    Taylormade Z Satin TP 58 degree = 200C

    Taylormade Z Satin TP 60 degree = 200C

    Ping Tour W 64 degree = 200C

    Total = 4275C

That will take me 57 days of doing 75C surveye, more with some balls.

Is it worth it ?? Any Clubs better than what I've given ??

    Help will be apperciated'

    Omni.

I'm sure you already know it, but if not, you can't carry all those clubs at the same time. So far as club selection those are all good clubs, but you have mismatched meters. Take a look at the ping G10's, that will match your meters and make for easier control on the meter.  JMO

Thanks. Yeah, I knew that. My worry about the G10's is that they have fast meters, which i dislike. Went for the Raptures since they have the same meter speed as my current Starter Irons.

What do you think of the wedges ?? Should I pick up some of the Cleveland ones ?? Or are these fine ??

Is this driver worth it, or should I opt for another one ?? If so, which one ?

Pull your credit card & have all that now why wait 57 days

Went out today & bought a set of Callaway razor irons & R11 driver , now that`s worth it...

    Why?

@Omni-that is a nice setup that will take you as far as you want to go. There are better iron sets (the G10s would be better) but for where you are at they will make you very competitive. GL

I agree with Jim. That set up is fine and like he said the G-10 irons are a better choice if you can handle the faster meter. The G-10 irons would be the same meter speed as your wedges and just a tick faster than the driver and 3wood. I still have those level 48 raptures and use them from time to time for something to do. I usually pull my first couple of shots with them (because of the slower meter speed) but adjust pretty quick and all is good. If it was me...try the driver, 3 wood and wedges first. And if the meter speed is not a major issue for you go for the G-10's. That or a ball that slows the meter down a little would help also. Good luck and happy golfing.

Thanks Guys !! Will consider the G10s. In general, how much more accurate are the G10s compared to the V2s ??

Any other clubs I should consider ?? Are there any better drivers that give better distance ??

Thanks for all the help !!

A lot but they don't forgive mishits as well so your learning curve might be a little higher. Definitely worth it if you want to get serious about advancing.
