  how do you advance through the tires?  e.g. master to tour master etc

  there doen't seem to be any definate way of doing it

  Step 1.    Play better

  Step 2.    Play more

   

  Tiers are based on best scores (the number you see, some call it 'your average') and number of ranked rounds in the tier you are in.

  It automatically happens when the system algorithm is satisfied.  WGT does not publish benchmarks but suffice it to say that we must play a certain number of rated rounds along with lowering our scoring average to an unspecified number.  It doesn't appear that our points level is a factor in tier advancement...but who knows for sure.  From what I can see, you are dangerously (smile) close to making Tour Master, so get ready to play some serious golf (smile).

  Any score under 64 will edge it down. As soon as you average 63 then you are there.
