I've sent 2 mails now to the members@wgt.com address .....

  with regard to an issue where WGT opens up, and takes me straight the 'Result' screen from where I'd been kicked out before.

  Problem is that the 'Continue' button isn't selectable to allow me back to the main Game Selection screen.

  Anybody have any ideas, cache has been cleaned out and this is occurring on multiple computers.

  Does WGT reply to mails sent to that address ? I've also attached screenshots to both mails I've sent.

  If you sent the e-mails today it might not be until tomorrow before you hear anything from them as it is the weekend any they might not be working.

  Left of the 'continue' button you have to options.

  1. continue round

  2. end round/main menu

  You must choose one of those before pressing the continue button.

  Also I believe the email is members@worldgolftour.com (not wgt.com)... but both may work, I don't know.... I've only ever used the long version.

  I get that to, if after finishing the round, I just close my browser.  If I go to "main menu" after finishing the round, all is normal for the next log in.

  Hi Napoleonic,

  Sorry for the delay in email response as we've had a higher than usual support load lately.  You should receive a reply shortly.

  In checking your activity feed it looks as if, in your last match, you had logged into two computers simultaneously and were acting as your own partner in multiplayer which results in the problem you have encountered.  This is a difficult issue for us to resolve and so I very much recommend that folks do their best to avoid playing with themselves :o
