Wonder if the new Taylor Made forged P 750 and or P 770 irons will be on here. Could be the new top irons on WGT. The pictures in the email from Taylor Made really looked good.

What would you think would change from the specs the Vapors have now? What would it take for Vapor owners to change? That set is stupid accurate now as it is.  LOL

Maybe a new risk-reward type of spec. Over the top Precision and Accuracy BUT a segmented backwing that rewards accuracy on the ding but big hurt on the overswing and miss. That would be fun but doesn't sound like a big seller.  :-)

Jim,  I think you're risk/reward spec actually just described Charles Barkley's swing...maybe you're onto something...WGT can create celebrity and pro swing avatars...$$$$$

They can only out on here what the companies allow them to put on here. There has always been a lot of Ping and Taylor Made gear that never made it here because Ping and Taylor Made didn't let then put it on here.

The Ping Anser irons are a good example.

Be interesting to see those and the Ping items as well.    Think I remember reading something a while back regarding Callaway's investment in Top/Golf, If I remember correctly...that investment / ownership was pretty substantial...in the $20+mm range.  Be interesting to see if Callaway jumps to the equipment top spot........

You are probably correct YJ, but some of us do not try to hit the dinger but maybe once or twice in 18 holes, to pay a price for trying to pull off a decent draw seems a bit harsh for how expensive any new clubs will be. It is interesting though to think they could go in two different directions with competing club brands. Accuracy from the ding, and maybe a more forgiving club for those who find it pointless to try to ding shots. If I had to guess though I would think there will only be one set of elite irons added to what is there, and after everyone getting a level break on the nike stuff the higher level players should probably be the ones to get to buy the best of the new gear, level 99 and up or something like that.

Brands have no real effect on how good the clubs are. After all they are not real.
