Police, the request for dedicated practice facilities has come up over and over again, to no avail. It seems as if it would be a good idea also for trying out virtual clubs for free before plunking down some major $$$ at the virtual pro shop. (The prices are not virtual.)
While WGT tend to be purists and thus do not allow mulligans, you are right that in principle there should be no objection to mulligans in practice rounds - which are, obviously, practice! This has been brought up before and rejected. The consensus seems to be that allowing people to practice specific shots over and over might have a negative effect on the overall level of competition. No doubt there are plenty of players who disagree with this.
