What happened to this tourney has happened to many other tourney on WGT: It was abandoned. When Kyan left WGT, there was no-one else to run this tourney, and as such it just slowing died.
However, me and a couple of other people have a goal: To bring back dead tourneys, much like this one. We have called ourselves the ATC (Abandoned Tourney Council (Cheesy eh?)), and are slowly finishing abandoned tourneys. Maybe one day this tourney will be brought back to life by someone. But who knows what might happen....
