    Back when I used to play Jack nickaluas Golf on the SNES it had a function where you could pick holes from the 2 different courses to create your own course.

    Suggestion:::

    1. Have the computer create a par 36 9 hole by making holes from Bethoage and Island course or an 18 hole par 72 on the setup screen.

    2. In multi-player the person initiating the game would pick either a 9 hole course equalling a par 36 or an 18 hole course equalling a par 72.

    By having a feature like this it creates a challenge of not knowing where you may be able to make up a shot or two with the holes that are upcoming.  Also can eliminate some of those score killing holes like #7 par 5 on Bethpage or #15 on Bethpage.

    As courses are added this feature would always keep the play new by mixing and matching.

    Great idea, for sure, and easy to implement for WGT. If we can't have variable pin placements as soon as we'd like to, please give us at least this much variety & surprise moments.

    Great idea. Of couse anything would be better right now than playing the same 2 courses all day.

    Thinking about this more and more, I don't think it would be hard to write a sub-program to allow for either the computer to setup the holes or for the player to have a drop down menu and pick the holes. Once picked the hole would be unavailable to be picked again. This also should be a non-ranked option and even better when in the match play area, could give a home field advantage to the designing player.

    Now that we have acquired the matchplay and St. Andrews plus Oakmont coming soon, this item would definitely allow for Clubhouse tournaments when that item completes as well as some interesting Matchplay setups.

    Imagine having an area to post your combinations in a Design Challenge Thread the course that gets the most votes could then be used in a pay or public weekly challenge " Week ?? Design Challenge Limited "

    This creation would make this game endless in options for player created courses.

    Matchplay would truly have a home field advantage or if computer designed a nuetral field where players may come across holes they like and dislike in the same set.
