Losing credits

  Twice now got a message "Unexpected Error".  When I was able to get back in

  the Passes I had bought were gone as it did not take me back to the games started.

  What is the process for claiming back these two 37 credits?

  Contact customer service. It's happened to me once or twice, and they were able to restore the credits I lost.

  +1 to Robert's advice but here is a question back to you......why on earth are you wasting credits by buying CC passes in what appears to be a dead CC?.

  Even the owner packed up and fooked off a long time ago......it makes zero sense.

  I do not understand, Are you saying all this is a scam?

  Since you seem to know your way around, can you tell me if you lose whatever XP points one has by changing Clubs?
