*** Downtime tonight 1/31/17 ***

  Hi everyone

  We will have a quick downtime tonight starting at 10pm pst. I expect the downtime to be about an hour.

  Will you be fixing my inability to put up a bracket tourney?  No one in my club can do so after the last update, not even me, the owner.  Thanks.

  In the last downtime I said would it not be nice to have a pop up so that when a downtime is known to be happening and it is posted that there will be a downtime two things happen.

  1) The Game Client has a pop up that says downtime tonight with the start time (that should have been done 2 hours ago when Icon made his post)

  and

  2) The top banner on any other page should turn red and scroll (at the minute WGT decides there is a downtime) saying when it will be.

  Just my opinion.

  I am also only getting a "continue" button on the score card about 1/2 the time.  I have to close the playing screen and then "return to game" in order to do the next hole.

  Please fix.  THanks.

  I am guessing with the short length of downtime, this will be simply to add the Monthly Events for February as January comes to an end here shortly.

  It's now 4.40am PST, 12.40pm here in the UK, and the game is still inaccessible on iPad or iPhone. I am getting a message that you're having trouble establishing a signal and error code: unable to parse xtml. My wifi signal strength is hovering at 97-87%, I am able to access TV and radio online, emails and numerous other Apps without any issues. So please, as I've been Tweeting you for six hours without reply, could you get off your money grabbing arses and actually tell me how I can get into the game, especially as I'm now in danger of losing my consecutive days played bonus? Or is customer service from an American organisation too much to ask for?

  I have 41 minutes and am still unable to access the game on iPad or iPhone, that's my problem!

  I'm experiencing the same issue since the upgrade...after finishing a hole the screen goes black and never reloads or, when playing Alt-Shot, we all get spinning loading screens where not just me but all 4 of us are spinning.

  This never happened until the upgrade.

  I have to shut down the gameclient and restart via the continue tournament feature.
