Hi love the game but I had my average down to 80 and had a bad nine holes 47. Then my average jumped to 94! How or can I get this fixed? I'm now back down to 87 should be a lot lower! This is a bummer for me for lots of players won't play me thinking I'm really bad and I'm not!

Your average resets when you change tier.

You went to Pro and the 47 was your first ranked round (par three scores don't count), 47 for 9 holes gives you 94 for 18 and therefore that was your average.

Since then you have scored 40 (80) and your average has changed to 87 (94+80=174/2=87).

Your scores will continue to affect your average in this way until you reach saturation.

The reason your average changed was because you moved up to the Pro tier. Your average resets after every promotion and your 80 average is from the first 3 games you played as a Pro--  40,47 and 35 (80, 94,70.)

I did try this earlier, but in case it didn't pass the mod's.

    YankeeJim:
your 80 average is from the first 3 games you played as a Pro--  40,47 and 35 (80, 94,70.)

That would be  81.33, but the 35 (70) was a par 3 round and doesn't count toward his average.

    The three rr's he's now played were 47 (94) 40 (80) and 45 (90) = 264/3 = 88 which is his current average.
