We've had an issue at my CC for about two weeks now. The chat isn't opening with the latest message, it goes all the way back to about two weeks ago causing me and my members to scroll for an eternity to get to the latest chat. Is there a way to clean the chat area of your CC?

Hey Morton1768. Unfortunately there is no way to "clean" the chat area. But I found a workaround for this issue. When tapping the chat tab and you see you are at the top, tap the home tab, then back to the chat tab, and you should be taken all the way to the bottom where the most recent messages are.

You can make a thread sticky , Meaning it should stay at the beginning .

Click on the post you want  ,Then click on edit , Then you will see a tab that says options , in there you can make it sticky for a day or a week etc.

It should stay at the beginning for how ever many days you specify ..

He isn't talking about CC forums but the CC chat feature in mobile.
