My Message light won't shut off...........

    "My Messages" button is forever showing (lit up) I have new messages when I have NO NEW MESSAGES. I hate to ask, but can one of the WGT techs shut it off? Thank you

    Are you sure you have not missed one. Have you checked every page to see that there are no BOLD GREEN HEADERS?

    While you are looking you may want to delete any irreverent  messages. I know it is a pain to delete them one at a time but ask yourself "do I really need this old message?".
