    how a player can be a Tour Master at Level 57 with an Average of 56.00?

    When you advance to the next tier your average starts again from the next round you play.

    It could be the very first round played as a TM was a 28 somewhere.  If their average is exactly 56 then this is very likely the case, any more rounds and it would probably not be a whole number.

    Nope, Par 3's don't count toward your average.  Neither do Par 5's nor a Custom Course, no matter what its par is.

    Recent tier-ups, as explained above (and playing from easy tees in CC games, perhaps) account for the low average.

    He's either talented or "talented". Due to the numbers given, I tend towards the latter.
