New policy regarding payouts?

    Got this answer after sending WGT a msg+wondering why there has been no payouts for their weekly tournaments Week 5

     

    Dear DoktorSlice,

    After a tournament ends it can take up to 15 business days for us to officially close the tournament and award the credits to the winners. Thank you for your patience.

    Well well, another way to force players to buy credits, since we're not getting any prizes.

    Must be a translation issue. They WILL be awarding prizes but it can take up to 15 days as always, this is perfectly normal.

    WGT doesn't FORCE anybody to buy credits, we do this by our own free will - Top Tip, ditch your Callaways and use the free balls WGT provides, they are fab.

    Only twelve minutes between this post & your first post on this subject in another thread does indicate a certain lack of patience, the forum police will have a field day with this faux pax ;)

    Well, moaning helped. Have gotten some of those payouts now. 

    ..and yes maybe being a bit unpatient.

    Those posts you make, takes forever to be allowed, so I thought 1st msg might have might have found the trashcan.
