Option to reconnect to an alt. game not available

  Just come back from an alt game with some club mates. We reached dormie and it was announced that one of the players 'disconnected'. We were all brought back to the waiting lobby promptly as usual but the lobby screen disappeared and was replaced by the main game client screen. I tried refreshing the page to reconnect but found the continue button 'greyed-out'. I recall a similar glitch occurring on an isolated occasion some time ago.

  Looking through the participants' activity stream, I see that none of the teams was recorded the victor.

  Hi Mohuyu,

  Sorry that you and your friend ran into a technical error.  We'll see if we can reproduce the problem so that it can be fixed...if you encounter the issue again, please write us at members@worldgolftour.com with details of the events leading up to the error.  And where possible, be sure to right click and file a report in the game client.  These reports include information on the state of the game at the time of the issue that help us to diagnose problems.

  I have had a very similar problem happen more than a few times.

  The difference in my case was when you selected the continue match choice nothing would happen after you clicked continue.   signed completely out of wgt signed back in the count down timer showed less time as it should but same thing.  I used the report bug option on one.  Even tried clearing cache but no luck.   
  
  When forfeit was selected it worked just fine....only wasn't working when you selected continue match.  The worst is when it happens and your team is leading and it was one of the opponents who left the match.
