Heart Ball ??

  Was looking forward to getting another free Heart ball to bash about for valentines day, have wgt stopped giving these ??

  Last few balls they have announced folk are getting for nixies have never arrived, unless you went to CS and asked. Last time i asked and got a starter ball sent instead.

  Feel they have stopped this gift now as it was getting too expensive.

  Some folk cant afford to play, and cant build up credits fast enough as offers aint great outside US of A so they appreciated this gift.

  Well its not really expensive to be fair. They cost WGT nothing to issue, they hardly stop people buying balls as a single ball doesn't last very long anyway. It went a bit of a way towards creating good will among customers instead of WGT now looking like a grinch.

  I wonder was it all the moans about these free balls that put a stop to it

  Sorry mate i was being sarcastic with the expensive bit, not aimed at you though ;-)

  Not many mods left so feeling they he wont be along to answer

  I looked in my account and see one was deposited too.

  However when free balls are distributed in the past, many players have complained, so it would not surprise me if they did stop to give us the odd freebie.

  I suppose you can never please everyone all of the time.

  Same here. Oddly, it says it was deposited on 2/15 which is tomorrow for me. I checked my bag and I have six of the little buggers in there...has WGT been giving them out for that long? Wow!

  Well I got my heart ball, yeahhh, thanks WGT. I like these little free gifts but I was surprised that there was no little announcement that they would be doing this and they seemed to arrive a little late. I guess the guys at WGT head office must be scratching their heads wondering about mixed messages
