I love the game it is addictive, but gets me bonkers with the load times! Is this because of something on my end or is anyone else having problems with loading? I even tried increasing my virtual memory, but no luck.

I just went to your profile and added you as a friend. You just have to click on someones name, it takes you to their profile page and then there is a button to add them as a friend.

Be sure any pop up blocker is turned off or disabled..;-) I had that problem too.
