Why do some players forefeet just before last stroke, when they are going to loose?

Next time it happens ask one of  them via a post on their profile page wall if you really can't figure it out on your own.

cuz they weren't saturated in their tier yet and didn't want their average to balloon.  It's a common occurrence and doesn't affect you so why should you care?  It's a virtual game...not the PGA Tour...get over the way people play.

... of a misinformed player! Once in saturation, the "ballooning" scores will be eliminated quickly!

    Methinks it does:

    - The fun is minimized if they quit unexpectedly,

    - you lose XPs,

    - in many MP games, the completion rate goes down to yellow or red :(

If someone drops from a multi-player game then just the person who drops loses their XPs.  The player(s) remaining still earn their XPs if they finish....at least in CTTH, Blitz, Match Play, & Skins...not sure what happens in Alt-Shot.  If you lose the Alt-Shot points then that would suck.

In AS someone dropping out causes that team to forfeit.

Does the winning team get awarded XPs?

    My experience is different:

In a match or A/S, there is no finish (and no win, @pmm) whenever one party leaves, so you'd totally miss the completion XPs. Only stroke XPs and (newly) CDP XPs have been awarded and are not affected.

In those games where a solo finish is possible, like stroke play, you'd finish under "solo" conditions, so you'd lose any extra XPs provided for the MP experience.
