Need to fix this

  Tired of losing stroke matches when some player decides to bail or times out too many times with a lower score. Of course they have a lower score, they didn't finish the round.

  Which relevance does this have?

  - to you,

  - to the quitter,

  - to the rest of WGT?

  The quitters score is not recorded, they haven't 'won' anything.

  I really don't like that at the end of a friendly knock around the player with the lowest score is said to be the winner.

  It's just a stroll around a course, a few beers and good chat.  Winning and losing doesn't come into it.

  It would also be nice if the chat window stayed open until you click close or end game.  Having to say Thanks for the game, well played.  Got time for another round? before the last putt is annoying.

  To the OP, don't sweat it.  As Paul said, they won nothing, there won't even be a record of them playing the round, or part of it.  Quitters are like hemorrhoids, a real pain in the ****.

  I play stroke with my alt p every day and we take it seriously*, we are not competing against each other though, we are both trying to beat the course and as good friends, we encourage each other all the way round.

   

  * when I say serious, well, we're two old stoners trying to make each other laugh. We use gamevox to talk to each other, which has us led to sound effect button web pages, I swear there's a sound to match every WTF shot in the game. My p has a duck call thingy and a kazoo. Did I mention we're nuts? There's been a couple of times I've honestly thought I was gonna die laughing. I love this game.

  Paul, when finished with tour.........it says to check the leader board for winner results........all I can find is the BRACKET..........where do I find the LEADER BOARD???   new to this........sorry to bother you.

  ^^^ This ! To me, this is the most annoying change to the game that I can think of ( and believe me, there are many to choose from ).Paulton said it was, once again, a glitch caused by an update and that WGT didn't see any reason to rectify it, and probably never will. So sad that they've taken the course of making the game less enjoyable, what the hell kind of thinking is that ?

  Agree. Interesting to note that in the mobile game the chat window stays open. Don't know why they can't fix it in the PC version.

  The bracket shows the wins & losses and the winners of the bracket - it IS the leaderboard!

  Unfortunately, after it is finished, you can only access it via a participant's score in his scores history. The bracket history is malfunctional.
