    Idiot.

@ Paul you need to stop being so sensitive about the game . He`s just venting which he is entitled to do . Its the Monday morning blues and a bad day on the course so give the guy a break . James is alright and a good club member as well and as stated a solid guy . We all know how the game plays so no point in acting like he said anything wrong .

Sounds like his game blaming belief is being is being bolstered by his clubmates, who should know better. He can never improve as a player with that mind set.

As Lonnie has partly defended the OP, and I respect him I will try to be constructive.

The OP obviously struggles with his game, reasons unknown but based on previous threads where he simply blames the game rather than himself, it is hard to take what he says with any conviction.

Stats can be misleading, but he hits 75% of GIR, and saves are under less than 40% of the time. Immediately you will make bogeys. Then you are not getting close enough on the approaches and putting is not saving you.

Looking at your score card, to me it is a sign that you hit a poor shot, and gave up.....continued to rack up poor scores - probably hitting OB....after all, using a starters ball, it does not matter. as this would supposedly give you some support of how "the game became crooked".

Why would the game target your score? There was zilch at stake, no big prize.....you were only ever going to card an average score.

Like others have said - it is easy to constantly to blame the game, but unless you really start to try and learn, you will never improve.

    So.........

As you are in Lonnies CC, I will happily play with you, talk about the game and hopefully you will learn and I can give you some tips. I am not a great player, but the offer is there. If you do want to play, shoot me a friend request.

Also use the knowledge of the CC members - be a sponge to learn rather than someone who  needs to wear a tin foil hat. Ask questions rather than throw ill informed conspiracy theories....then, and only then you will improve

I applauded Lonnie for providing top cover to his member. Many owners and CC mates either say nothing, or jump on the band wagon.

That said, I don't understand the OP's point. It appears he hasn't invested a lot of money into the game (decent clubs but could be better), He doesn't know what top clubs and a good ball could do to improve his game....or the fun in playing it.

Secondly...why continually complain in a public way?  After 6+ years of experience, the OP should know wgt doesn't care about his gripes.

There are now several threads with the "blame" theme. He has been a member since 2010 ...why put up with the frustration, if he is convinced the deck is stacked?

I wondered when you'd crawl out. I'm sure you have an example at the ready....perhaps an actual post where I am blaming the game for my poor play?

    nah...course you don't.

In that case...time for you to crawl back.:)

Maybe the idea is to find like minded others so he can continue to believe bad scores are wgt's fault and good ones down to his good play (despite wgt).  I think Paul's right about this, feeding that paranoia is a hindrance not a help.

Is that part of the off moderation agreement? LS follows you around to see when you'll crack.

I'd rather see constructive criticism, than repugnant insults, all day long.

Quite often, dullards never get the point, not sharp enough to know when it's needed.

I'm not sure if Foxy has spent money on this game or not, but comparing it to a casino game seems to rule out skill as a reason to play at a high level. Foxy has been registered for over 6 years but has only reached level 89. This indicates that he has not put the time in that high level players have. FMagnets has been registered 2 years less than Foxy but has reached level 133. Foxy has played 913 ranked rounds in his 6 years while Fmagnets has completed15,089 ranked rounds. Like any activity, sport or otherwise, the top performers put in hours of intense effort to truly become proficient. This includes playing WGT.

If playing WGT  is meant to be entertainment, accept that you will not be a champion player. If you desire to play the game at the highest levels, then put in the hours necessary to improve, just as any other high level performer has. This is not a game built on chance!

Well said.  As has been stated many times, even to Foxy, it takes "Pratice, Pratice, Pratice".
