There is an error occurring now in which a player will be greyed out on his putt, and the box shows shot 1.02.
Usually when he disconnects and returns to the game, the other player will be disconnected at his shot.

I have some follow up questions so I could try to identify the issue:
1. What game mode are you referring to?2. What box are you referring to that says Shot 1.02?3 By “greyed out on his putt” are you referring to the players turn indicator?4 Is this before or after you hits the putt?

If i had to bet, i'd say yourt flash crashed. So, it's not a game bug per say since it's likely can't be reproduced everytime
