  Maybe we should contact the BBB and tell them about the problems that they refuse to fix. After all we are PAYING CUSTOMERS.

  By watching the free videos on the carousel, aren't you the exact opposite of a "PAYING CUSTOMER"?  I'm quite certain WGT has had no problems with "PAYING CUSTOMERS" paying actual money for credits.

  But good luck with that. I'd like to review the draft of your BBB complaint before you submit :)

  Amen to that! I had about 2000 views accumulated. 

  This happened a while back, too.

  I'm with you. I had a ton of points accumulated which I used for new golf balls. The professional thing to do is to convert them for all players before shutting down the carousel or at least giving us advanced warning so we could do it ourselves. I'm really missing Tiger's on-line game now!!

  +1    it is to bad, some  members only way to get free credits are gone ....... i when i started this game I only  had the carousel for credits . i  had 400+ credits to use  now it is gone  a sleeve of ball s   i could of used .   Hope we get  at least  what we had before this lost .

  Moving is the easy part . Its getting reorganized and settled thats the hard part . Thats why we probably arent getting any replies from the mods as they dont have the time . I contacted C/S again but as yet no response as to how long the carousel will remain down . I`ll post as soon as I get a reply if any is made .

  Hi

  As you guys/gals know, we have little control over it. I know they are aware of it, so once they fix it, hopefully it'll be back to normal. I may not have any further updates until it's fixed.
