Draw Update

I have had another look at the bottom of the draw and I have decided that it wasn't fair because losing teams were playing winning teams from the same group that they played with in round 1 (unseeded). So almost all the unseeded teams from round 1 will play winners v winners (Is) and losers v losers (Js).

Apologies if you had already made plans.

I don't think my mates already made plans with their former opponents (East Anglian Lynx), but I made the CC post twice to let them know we were paired with East Anglian Lynx first, and now with Goldteam Ninjas. :)

I hope this will be the right draw, Slor ;)

I (YBRCC Gillikins) just got an invite by the substitute of Kalkul8r (week 1). I won 2 & 0 from Terbal (UKGE B) Half a day after the deadline so if you can enter it, would be great! if not, no big deal because it was a nice and fun match!

Regarding the Week 2 draws, are the correct match-ups uploaded? This will give us:

YBRCC Gillinkins - Skype Players CC A
YBRCC Winkies - Bery's Bombers Electra
O Canada A - YBRCC Quadling

I found an explanation of accelerated pairings in italian... On front page as well.

I know this is not good timing - but I would like to replace one of the players in Upton Manor Alligators this week.... swapping tashmunro (player 2, match 17) with bigrednev.

I can submit a new form if that helps.... no sure at what stage you are in the process.

We've just posted the lineups on the website, so liaise with your opposing club as per normal.

Take a bow to our rookie scorer briobrio of Electra for doing up our game cards for the website.

And another bow for bootsnbra of newcomers Ruff-N-Rowdy who is your results scorer for this round. She'll be updating the website now and then during the week from your results submissions (do let us know, if your match goes to extra holes, the total holes of the match including the regulation 9).

We had a few flaky results submissions (several people wrote "White" as their team name when I meant the team name from your match under the "white" column. Or wrote their own name as the team name. Still no I in team, last I looked. Do try and respect the white/black order in the results form. It helps the scorer avoid mistakes when entering in the data.)

I will still be on the forum to take more general questions about the competition.
