    Slor,

Our entire club wants to thank you for holding this summer league.   We knew when we lost the first week it was a 100 to 1 shot we might be able to make up ground.   We would like to congratulate the teams in the running (good luck) and all of the folks who played in this league.

Thanks also to Brio and Bootsie ... between the 3 of you all the hard work was appreciated.

That said ... (and I say this with a smile) ... this is the most confusing thing I ever saw.   I know it's used in leagues somewhere in the world and athletes can understand it .... but ... for a 50+ year old guy with an MBA and 34 years at a very very large computer company ... I'm lost ...:)

Thanks again ... and I hope we'll see you all in the winter league.

I've been waiting all day for my opponent, Mr Flocke. Perhaps he'll turn up tomorrow.

Goldteam Ninja - Just left ironking a message on his wall. Appears we are having issues of players responding to game times. My guys are pushing to play and have been providing schedules all week and they are being met with No Response. I'm sorry this is all falling down to you like this Ironking. I am also glad to see that your player bigbirdy222's wife must be doing much better. He didn't really say anything about her condition but since  he is now asking for donations of equipment for her to play golf I would guess that she is doing much better.

I will wait to hear from you on the games because at this point...... The Ball is literally in your court hahahah

Thanks for the note. I am reasonably happy with how this season has gone. The issues of teams from the same club are largely resolved, as well as teams that are unknown quantities or those that drop out (which caused major disruption in round-robin play). And the standings look an accurate reflection of the strength of the teams.

It could do with some simplification. Although they were intended to get more even matches at the beginning, accelerated rounds were unnecessary and added confusion. The field size is about right, but if we get towards 100 teams...?

Hi Bootsie, give it until tomorrow night's deadline, if no one shows up to play I'll forfeit all the matches to you as finding replacements now is not likely.  I left a message earlier in our CC forum for the Ninjas to get their matches played.  I will leave them all individual messages also.  I always stress when I post line-ups earlier on in the week that if anyone is unable to play for any reason let me know ASAP in order for me to find replacements.  I hate drama so I'm not going to comment on the latter stuff.  We will get all of the matches in either on the course or by forfeit, thanks for you patience.

    Preston.

OK thanks for the message. Deciding things on the course would be ideal as the outcome likely has an effect on which club has the trophy at the end of Sunday...

and bring on Sunday... wear red, cross your fingers, this is going to be one hell of a day!

    Hey Slor, Brio, Bootsie.

I'm not sure i entered both of the final scores for the Dev's B vs. Electra Buzzed up matches correctly .... for some reason I think i hit the wrong buttons.

    Game 9

    Match 1 - Sixkiller of Dev's B beat thebigeasy707 --- 1 up in extras

    Match 3 - PGABound67 of Dev's B beat Woodsy747 --- 1 up

    Dev's B win 5 - 0

Thanks again everyone for all of your efforts getting the games in.
