Country Club League - Summer 2011 Cup

    Thanks Slor, and everyone involved. The Normans Webb Collective enjoyed the tournament, although I think a finals series would enhance it even more (I dont think we would of made it however) I really hope there is another tournament soon, and we are very proud to be the Australian reps that have been here since day 1.

    Bootsie, Slor and Brio,

    first of all, just to inform we got a no contest match in game n. 3 (italian G&CC vs Skype Players CC A).

    Starsandros and YawnGoo didn't match their teetimes, and so we had no chance to have our last match played.

    Congrats to Electra Hotties (Woo Hoo Brio, Amanda and all the Electra ladies) for their win over all the CC involved.

    A huge thanks to managers and organisers. The Cup ran well all along this six weeks. And it wasn't really an easy job.

    I'd like also to thank every CC we have played against. We found lot of gentlemen and players full of sportsmanship. And I played again with "long lost" friends like Kurtsbuford (great time as usual, Kurt). We couldn't ask for a better experience.

    We are very pleased to finish in 5th place among a lot of high-level CC's. It was our first CC League/Cup tourney, and all the mates enjoyed themselves so much with this kind of competition.

    See you all in next CC League season. TYVM again. :)

    Slor and Bootsie it has been my pleasure to work with you both... I like both your styles and will work with both of you on any project anytime..... It has been a great experience.
    Thank you both for all of your hard work and the hours that you have put in, it's people like you both that really make the WGT experience a great one..


    The Hotties really came through on some very tough games and I am so proud of them, especially the young ones that were in their first big competitions, put under tremendous pressure and shined .. As well as the backbone of our team with Priestess, Lisa and RUSaved... you 3 put the hot in Hotties woo hoo :)

    Well done ladies you all have truly earned your spots as champions and I salute you :)

    I would like to give a special shout out to ihartyou (Abbey) who didn't get to play much but I know put hours and hours into practicing every course set up till her fingers hurt (as we all did lol) and when the call came and we were down 2-1 came through with the win to give us a chance to beat a very tough skype players team.. well done Abb's woo hoo!

    Another shout out to the 3 other Electra teams that entered this league with great spirit, hard work and had a lot of fun... mwah Electra men... mwah

    I would also like to thank every player and team that put the effort in to make this a great competition with their quality play and tremendous sportsmanship... I have made some new friends and hey this is why we continue to play on WGT!!!

    Thanks all for the "thank you's" and kind words. This was the first time Ruff N Rowdy has stepped out and been in a tournament and my guys and I  had a lot of fun.

    It's funny but I've noticed that when you play folks the scores actually fade from your mind in time and you simply remember a win or a loss. The one thing you remember always is how the other person treated you as a player and a person. We were blessed in that department.... 99% of the tournament we were met by such wonderful folks and we learned, laughed and then cried from laughing so hard.

    Thank you for that from all of us and we look forward to the next tournament.Hopefully I will be a better player at that time and be capable of playing more. Yes that is the reason we roll everywhere with our own Pastor cuz he does administer late rites to those I accidentally hit ! giggleeeeeeeeeeeee
