I submitted my squads, I am aware that there are only 5 players picked each week!  My team divisions are:

     (A) NWC Norman, (B) NWC Allenby, (C) NWC Baddeley.

    Cheers

Lee, actually there were no halves last season.  You play till one player wins or at least last season that is the way it happened.

    I have a two questions:

1.Once your line up is submitted does it have to remain in that formation without change? - Look to be honest we are a small club.... I see that Bollox is playing last and so the smart thing for me to do would be to play our one and only Legend against him hahahaha but to achieve that I would need to change my lineup lol .... ( that's honesty for ya ) I am more then happy with my first player out the gate but I would like the ability to change my lineup as courses are dictated. It's kind of like baseball let me play my pitcher I know that can push the strike zone lol .........

    2. If I can't change my line up am I allowed to insert one of my sub players when I need to ?

    3. Is there a list of courses that are currently scheduled to be played available and the order they will be played ?

And copy houston I see us on the board- thank you

I may have missed something, but i see nothing about a match ending AS after 9 holes

All matches are played to a finish, using extra holes if necessary. Feedback from the participants in previous seasons showed that players wanted to have a result at the end of their matches.

Each player that you submit is assigned to a specific match (1,2,3,4,5) and they will play the player on the other team assigned to that match. In the interest of fairness, I have hidden the lineups until I make the pairings (although some clubs have chosen to post up their lineups on the forum - that is up to them if they want to show their hand). You must submit a fresh lineup every week to be able to play in the next round. I think many clubs will forget this, so it is worth emphasising - no lineup, no play.

Substitutions are allowed at any time. Everyone would like to see the matches played, so if you have a player who can't find the time, bring someone else in. Teams are, however, should do this in the right spirit (I don't want to find out that you are intentionally holding better players back to use as substitutions.)

I will post the course for the following round one week in advance.

Well we will stay with our current line up then. For the record though, since my question has now subjected an issue of "fair play" I'll go on the record of stating that Danmegg and myself are the subs for Team A. Disclosing this should remove any doubt of fair play down the line =)

    Thanks for answering my question

That was my concept behind submitting and locking in a squad: no issue with bringing in trump players that would not in the spirit of the game. Maybe it could be a good suggestion for future events (submitted before round 1), as it would make admin checking that clubs follow the rules easier and able to be done by the clubs themselves, especially if published in a public forum (like this). Plus if done right it looks cool and shows club pride.

Love your work Slor, I'm, sure this will be the best CC league cup to date and it is thanks to your hard work.
