That's a damn good question..... Why don't you play one and see if your ranked rounds total moves from "1" to "2"............
Simple yes or no will do, or just don't reply.
If you did not want comments, do not ask in a public forum and ask CS directly.
Even you would have to say, it is odd a Pro with one ranked round asks about Ready Go's counting as a ranked round.
I have always found that trial and error and experimentation helps you learn the game. Thus the initial answer was a fair call.
Your question to many would seem odd, nearly like you are working out ways to earn credits whilst avoiding future tiers.
