Cannot see RG results

  getting a blank screen when clicking on the results page. Happening on numerous browsers

   

  Can others view the results?

  I'm getting blank inset screen when clicking on score histories.  Not sure if it's related to your blanks or not . . . .

  This happens from time to time. Typically lasts for a bit more than an hour but with great variation.

  Only solution: Wait and try again later

  PC view:

  In the Closed Tournaments list of RGs, you have to uncheck the tab "only those which I entered" - then, the full list is available to me, as well as the leaderboards.

  For Brackets, it won't work on PC AFAIK. The only way to access the ladder is via a score in the score histories.

  In the Android app, all results are visible via "Tournaments".

  Unexpectedly, this includes Brackets, if accessible via the app!

  On your profile page , click on score history , Find the tournament and click on it , You should see the results ..

  If this is happening to you, it's no doubt happening to others, so I'd like to suggest that you report this with as many details as possible to WGT's Customer Service, so that they can add it to the fix list!
