HI all searched in vain for an answer to this problem,also how do you do a pick up.

There is no unplayable lies here, and players have no opportunity to pick up (nor to drop at will). Either you have to play from the scrub or the ball is lost.

Other situations are covered by the game itself. These include drops after water shots and drops after GUR situations. Expect some unexpected spots, including one on CCC behind a tree far off the line of play.

I don't try anymore. My wife frowns on that kind of stuff. Plus, I was never any good at it anyway. :-)

In Skins game, go to menu (top right) and click Drop.

I beg to differ, there are unplayable lies. You can get one on St A on the first hole by being up against the edge of the burn. The game makes a free drop for you.

I beg to differ differently: In the Rules of Golf, "unplayable" is at the discretion of the player. He may pick up and drop the ball in play anytime (with a penalty stroke). This option doesn't exist in WGTland. Here, the game picks up and drops at it's own discretion. Most of the time, it's according to the rules but may be unfortunate. In a few cases though, the automatic drops are "illegal".
