Only way I know of, you can go back up to 90 days sometimes, is to scroll down the score history on the profile page of a player that you know played in the tournament. Clicking on it from there will bring up the full final leader board.

In The Peoples Club, we do an automated dump all of our CC Tournaments (including course conditions (winds, green speed, individual member's scores etc.) into a database every 30 days. We started doing that in February of 2015 to develop a HCI in accordance with the USGA Handicap Manual for each of our members for use in our Handicap tournaments.

Over the last 2 years we have over 75,000 individual member scores so the information can become overwhelming if you do not plan ahead for the massive amount of data.

A database that just had the name of the tournament and tournament link would be much easier to manage even in an Excel spreadsheet.
