Is it really necessary to have wind EVERY game?

It's not windy every day in real life unless you live on Pikes Peak or Mt. Everest

I know it seperates the men from the boys and blah blah blah.

NOT realistic at all to adjust your shot for the wind EVERY shot.

With 0mph winds the game would be far too easy.

There is something else to keep in mind. By default, the game has alignment to the flag, so if we had no wind, then you wouldn't have to aim. Also, if you remember, clubs are not 100% perfect and specifically programmed to have a circle of preciseness, so to say. If we had no wind and you hit a shot, ding and then land 10-12 ft off, then some may assume it was a bug, while it is not.

Also, remember how clubs fly, so while there is maybe 1-3mph wind at the ground level, once you get above tree level, the wind is always harder there.

    Just a few thoughts:)
