double purchase

  I just got charged for 2 packs of balls when I only ordered one! This is the third time this has happened! Sent 2 emails ,, no response! SO now I vent in forums WTF!!! WGT just another way to get our $$ faster ,, I only ordered ONE pack of balls and you AUTO SELL me two,, Three times now this has happened... Sure I use the balls but maybe I dont want to buy 6 at one time!! Seems the more balls I have the faster they get taken away by meter jumps and stupid weed traps.. Please address this issue.

  Hi

  we did some checking and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. But, could you, next time you buy balls, take a screenshot for us at the final screen where you have ball type, count, and can hit 'purchase button'.

  if it still happens, then post on my wall and I will give you an address for the screenshot
