I lost 200 views (150 Cr) in the Carrousel !

  I complete the 100 views to change for the 75 credits of reward and I do not believe me ...

  It's the second time that it happens to me ... 200 views: 150 cr

  It's the only way I can get credit so I can buy some decent balls.

  It is very frustrating to do the routine EVERY DAY to watch the videos and then do not credit!

  Please solve this "problem"

  Go back to the carousel and in the bottom right corner you will see a question mark (?) click on the question mark and you will get a page to file a report . Let them know that you didnt get your credits when you tried to redeem them .Hope this helps.

  So, you're saying that you clicked on "Redeem" and it cleared out your views without giving you the credits? Or is it simply the case that it's showing 0 unredeemed views?
  
  If you didn't click redeem and it's just showing 0 unredeemed, then try logging out and back in again.
  
  By the way, in the future, you might want consider redeeming views after 50 views. You really don't get that much more by waiting until you get to 100 views. In other words, 50 views X 2 = 70 credits; 100 views = 75 credits.
  
  As an aside, with the tier you're presently at and the clubs you have, you're really wasting money or credits by purchasing balls. Just use the starter ball until you get better clubs.

  Same thing happened to me.  I have already sent two bug reports to Live Gamer regarding this and all I have gotten in responce is a form e-mail  Very frustrating.
