Nbr 1 at SA, come on 19 yrds to burn flop at 37 and it goes in get real you are pissing me off. This is like 5 times in 2 nights that you suck the ball into the hole. I can play a flop on any other hole on this course within 2 ft. Knock off the BS and get real. I have tryed to stay civil on here and take the good with the bad but this is unexcusable. The flop works on all the other courses just fine, Get another money hole and let us play.

ps---a 12 yrd flop hit perfect does not go 6 yrds and in the burn either. Seems to only happen with the Callaway balls. ???????????

That's your problem. Why would you hit 37 flop from 19 yards? Not only it's at 50% power, therefore performance is very unreliable but also it will run a lot. I don't expect it ever to be close, especially if you have such downwind.

You could try hitting it with a different flop next time...perhaps with a different wedge that has flop in 19-25 range? By adding full bs, you will hit a much different and much more reliable shot.

Also,  why are you hitting so close? Do you think that shot is easier than say from 50 yards with hitting a full wedge? I can tell you, 95% of the time, flop is a harder shot to hit close than a full wedge.

Ive never heard a player hitting 37 flop for 19 yards,That shot will nose dive like a grief stricken fighter plane.19 to burn,so he must have had around 27 to the pin,.surely he had a flop for that distance so full power could be applied,

Guess I need to re-group. It was 27 to pin and should have cleared the burn. Have had flops with high winds in my face that went yrds past where it should and not because of a down hill slope on the green, just can't get it consistent to how it should work so just won't use it, Was hoping for some tips from the elite players here, thanks Priestess.

You got several from Icon, the biggest one being don't get so close to the burn. Back off the drive a bit. He also pointed out that a partial swing with that flop is not going to act predictably. Take a full flop swing with your 60w and you would make it close. The reason that flop works differently everywhere else is because it has someplace to land that isn't wet. :-)

Speaking of flops and such, the game around the greens are terrible. How am I supposed to know how far a chip or pitch goes when i lie on foregreen? Ok yes it might say like 15 yrds but what does this 15yrds meens? Because if I hit it full it wont go 15yrds, it will go more like 20-25 and thats without a downhill slope.

So, how am I supposed to "interpret" the lenght given on a specific club on a ship or pitch?

It must meen something, dont come and tell me to try and learn. If you say it go 15yrds I want it to go 15yrds with a full perfect shot and no slope! And I have even started using full backspin but not even this works!!!

For me.19 from Burn ,,27 to pin is awesome,Its a perfect 27 0r 28 flop bs,Which is applied with the 29 flop distance one,I don't see any shot that's 27 from the pin a problem especially with these callaway balls,The flop can be judge in your sleep with these,Il take 19 to that burn today and tomorrow
