close to master

  Creeping ever so close to Master, any recommendations from people who have made the transition to Master, on what would be the smartest 1st buy once i reach that level? Horribly inconsistant at my present tier, but no matter, looking forward to the next level...

  I realize its all trial and error, but any advice would be greatly appreciated....and please send any good vibe to my hometown Lakers,boy do we need it ..lol

  More length off the tee will help.  Figure you'll be hitting from 10-50 yards further back.

  After I made Master I gave up my Rapture driver and irons and went with the Ping G10's for more length.  Took a while to get used to the faster meter speed but my average is creeping down to 64 so I am pleased so far.  Also started using a higher spin ball (the Callaway S).  The G10 irons have higher loft and with the added spin it helps to hold the greens.  That is my take.  Go Pistons!  Oh, wait....
