  Balls lost in the water is the Water Boy award. And it says for all game types.

  LOL-shows how much I know about those stupid awards. I just looked and discovered I've spent 374 credits on lost balls since it came out. How's that feel Cally users?  :-D

  CTTP tourneys put you on the SAME SPOT every time......so you can practice the shot over and over and over and over and over....get it?

  Stroke play you land in a random spot and have one chance to read and shoot the pin down from wherever you might be.

  Yes I HAVE thought about it and I still think its pretty much the same. 

  How often do you take a shot close to the green in CTTH? Compared to a strokeplay game where at least I have about one chip every 4-5th hole. 

  So in my opinion the advantages you said about CTTH is as big as the advantages I just mentioned.

  And another thing, isn't these awards just for fun? As they don't give anything why don't you just let us have fun with more flagstick hits and more awards :)

   

   

  You really want this award badly don't you....If it was possible, I would gift you the award...(if for no other reason than to put an end to this inane thread)..

  The OP should have waited till "FESTIVUS" for this, when airing your grievances is not only accepted....but positively encouraged.  just saying

  For sure Griff, but how does having someone call you wanker, no matter the discussion being had, is different from naming potential cheaters, and allowed between april and may? Maybe this question should be directed at Icon.

   Sanco wazz up m8, If your referencing Snaikes use of the word in this thread, i found it hilarious and appropriate all things considered. As for limiting its use to two month's a year, i suppose thats up to icon....who i'm sure has more pressing issues at hand . Being a full time wanker my self and one of the biggest wankers on this site, i like to see the word being throw around a lot more often...where applicable of course....lol .

  Maybe wgt could come out with a whole  new line of awards, i'm sure the OP would just love that. The new awards  could be called the" WANKER AWARDS " with categories like....

  The biggest needie attention seeker...wanker award

  The biggest wanker most likely to succeed ( i was up for that one years ago, didn't win it...lol )

  The most over sensitive....wanker award

  The " i crave respect " wanker award

  Others could include" i write down everything that comes into my head" , ego, multi account and sarcastic etc awards. Maybe the awards could have a Pro,Master and legend placement corresponding to the members achievement on the forum (not on the golf course...lol) 

  The awards could be given out on Festivus ( 23rd Dec ) each year. to the most deserving recipients...and because the word wanker is often used as a term of endearment we could have the coolest wanker award. My vote for this would have to go to DMM, AvaterLee professorjoe and Bolloxi .
