Pop up Blocker

  My  friend has windows 7 and wants too know how too dsiable the  pop  up  blocker ,as when he trys too logg into  WGT  he cant until  he,s disabled the Blocker. im not sure how,as im on XP. 

   Help  would be helpful  Thanks /:O)

  If you click on Start. Then put Pop Up in the search box it'll take you there.

  It would be more helpful to know what internet browser he is using rather than his operating system. But for the most part, all internet browsers should have an option to temporarily disable the pop-up blocker when you click on the link, or it can be found in the Options/Settings menus.
