Did Not Receive Credits I Paid For

  I've been playing the game off and on for a while now and finally decided i would pay for better equipment. so i spent $19.98 for 2000 in game credits. After i paid i had the same amount of credits. So i waited a while and refreshed the game. Still nothing. Then i checked my account to make sure i did pay, and the money was taken out. So i tried to contact them. I got an email saying they will be back with me. Well that was yesterday and still nothing.

  Someone please help. Not sure where to go from here. The sad thing is i finally decided to rate the game right before this happened. i gave it all 5 stars.

  Thank You. I fanally got an email back. They Said There is no Transaction  History of my purchase. so i sent a pic of the transaction from my bank account. Hopefully this resolves the issue.

  I dont want any problems, i love the game. Enough to spend $20 obviously. so if they just give me the credits everything is fine.

  I am assuming you bought your credits through 1 of the WGT mobile apps because of the $19.98 price for 2000 credits. If so you might have to contact either Google or Apple to get things sorted out. One thing you might not realize that if you buy credits through Apple you have to pay your state sales tax. So if possible it is  easier and cheaper in the long run to buy your credits through the web game.

  Yeah, i play on my phone so thats where i bought it. but i will take that into consideration next time. if there is a next time.

  i still haven't heard back after I sent that last email. hopefully they are working on it or give me more direction.
