That's very true,and unfortunate, but unless you inquire as to all the why's, what's and where's, etc. how are you going to know if you can't receive the same, product or treatment. Everyone knows about the, how many? glitches on here. Unless you inquire, espically from alot of you who may know the answer, one wouldn't be able to get an answer, even if it's not the one they want. Unfortunately c/s sometimes doesn't get back with you, or is very slow in doing so, we tend to go looking elsewhere for our answers,hence the forums. There was once a concept, which has fallen by the wayside, throughout alot of businesses, called customer satisfaction, and that is the most unfortunate for us as consumers. (The fact that it's faded away)
