I also had the L48 Raptures and they are great clubs, so easy to play well with them as long as you aren't trying to play darts with your approach shots. As you progress and start having to hit longer irons into the greens you will need a higher hitting iron though and some more spin. If you can bear to wait until L59 the G20 irons will be way better. You'll also get used to the slightly quicker meter so won't have problems when you eventually go for the L83 set.
Once you're hitting from legend tees you really need long irons that can stop the ball quickly, for that you need high ball flight and a fair bit of spin. The Raptures are going to make life more difficult at this point.
