Callaway L83 vs. Callaway L85 drivers?

  Sorry guys for this repeat question. I'm set on picking up the L85, but noticed the L83 is 100 more credits than L85, with even faster meter. Both seems to have same specs, except L83  with faster meter speed. What is the difference between the two? thanks again

  I am also thinking of buying the L85 and very interested in experiences of others with this driver (there are really no reviews available)

  Wait for and buy the L85.  As you say its cheaper and its meter is slower.  The rest of the specs are identical.  No brainer IMO to wait.

  It is virtually identical to the Nike I have in my bag right now, and it hits longer than 282 using spin in the correct situations. 

  My driving average is 292 with a 282 yard rated driver even using a less than stellar distance ball.  If you paired it with a Nike ball that had more distance you'd be popping them out there 300 easy.

  I like it very much, very smooth and drives longer than expected.
