  I'm​ very confused about a recent encounter with Support. Hopefully someone can direct me to the right division to get my question answered. I'm currently a Tourmaster, and sent support a inquiry as to how many ranked rounds I had played. I did this to determine roughly how many rounds I needed to reach Legend. My average was 61.71 at the time, and I was trying to determine how far I was from my goal. They responded quote " you have the sufficient number of rounds needed, but you need to concentrate on  lowering your average to 61.00 or below". My average is now 60.73,and I'm still a Tourmaster. I recontacted them, and received a response that didn't make any sense.  Any help anyone can supply will be greatly appreciated. PLEASE NOTE I AM WELL AWARE YOU NEED 50 RANKED ROUNDS AT NAMED COURSES. I AM ONLY ABLE TO SEE ON MY SCORE TALLY BACK TO 4/1/17. I WAS TOLD I HAD A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF RANKED ROUNDS, THEREFORE WHEN MY AVERAGE WENT BELOW 61.00, AND NOTHING CHANGED I WAS SUPRISED. CAN ANYONE TELL ME OTHER THAN SUPPORT ; WHO CAN TELL ME EXACTLY HOW MANY RANKED ROUNDS I HAVE? Such as www.wgt/ research etc.....

  I cant remember but use the search box >>>>>>>> and you will find a ton of threads that will give you the specifics for all of the tiers and number of needed rounds and the avgs as well .

  It sounds as if they were simply wrong about how many ranked rounds you've completed at your current tier. You need 50 ranked rounds at your current tier and an average of 61.00 or lower.

  +1, and no Par3s, no Par5s and no CC Custom Courses do count to this.

  Saturation is easy to figure out for the OP:

  - Does the average go up on a 35 or 40 round? => no saturation!

  - Did it ever jump down even on scores above 30/60? => saturation!
