I just reached the Master tier and am looking to purchase a new driver, and eventually new wedges. Is there anything I have to do? Is there still a difference between Master and Tour Pro clubs? Every club says Hack+ when I go into the product page. Thanks!!

As far as I know everytrhing says hack+, only your level matters.

I can only advise based on what I've done, TM R9 driver and 3 wood and dropped the hybrid to carry 3 wedges, TM Z in 56°, 60° and 64 °. WIth a decent set of irons you don't need a hybrid any more and the 64° wedge can be a life saver, well, par saver anyway.  I've been using G10 irons for a while but just bought a set of i15 so will see how I get on with them. The high flight with both sets is a big advantage when attacking the flag.

This is what works for me, you may find a different solution.

     Good advice.     ^  ^

The Hack designation just means everybody can buy them. You'll see clubs that are restricted by tier.

PS You might wait and see what new clubs are about to be released.
