Where's the new course???

May 11th 2011 means may 2024 WGT.

Was not getting my hopes up that it would be out on time , i did say in a different topic I would go out & buy a lotto ticket if it was. H(ave not bought one before.)

But the thing is no one gives you an answer , The people running the game do not inform there customers of anything.

1st rule of business customer server easy to get new customers harder to keep them. Do people go into a restaurants or go back to the same place & the worker behind the counter says what the (F) do you want no you expect to be greeted with at least (HI)

People always like to be informed , People like to no what is happening in the near future & long term future. This must be WGT owners or managers 1st business or 1st time in the job there is a lot more to business then putting a price on everything & expecting customers to keep paying for it & not get anything new in return.

You promise something people expect that you deliver , if we don`t in real life we the sack that simple , expect alot of topics over this , but then again i don`t think anyone there would read them.

EDIT:

Icon explained there was an problem that happen and update at the normal 11pm est

agree totally, wrote something similar a while ago:

Did u guys know that their are two courses at Congressional, Blue and gold courses. Maybe WGT got the courses mixed. Now that would be something, that would explain the delay.

Now that would be funny!

WGTicon: Erm, we did the wrong course so you have to wait another 6 months. Sorry!

Just an observation, its a tough crowd for WGT to deal with.

People complain a lot about the bugs in the game.

People criticize WGT for not keeping them informed.

So WGT communicates a date for Congressional.

They are immediately criticized for not meeting the date dead on and not being immediately told why.

As it turned out, they found a bug and want to fix it before release.

Any wonder why WGT doesn't commit to dates very often?

They can't win with their customers. Damned if they do, and damned if they don't.

I can wait one or two more days for Congressional. Not a problem.

You have to admit "their way or the highway" is a little hard to swallow sometimes, Andy. You'd think something like this would be quadruple checked and checked again before saying anything about it, let alone releasing it.

Now I have to actually do some work instead. :-(

I read WGTicon's up-date (***5/11/11update-Please read), they had a problem, they did the red course which by the way does'nt exist. LOL..........Just having some fun guys.
