when do giftcard winners expect to receive their prize?

  yea nothing public trev but I got a reply from wgt regarding my satisfaction levels on this subject lol, needless to say I poked the unsatisfactory button on that one...

  on the other hand I had a response from skytrak via facebook and they said this to me :

  Thanks! I'm reaching out both internally and with WGT to coordinate. Please provide your mailing address and we'll get this solved. Thanks for your patience.

  I did try to reach out to skytrak thru a site called game simulator forums but nobody replied to my msg there.

  absolute disgrace WGT/TOPGOLF you should hold your head in shame

  iam no social media buff but how about putting something out on twitter,my wife recently had a flight cancelled while she was trying to get back home from spain,when trying all the usual channels once she was home she mentioned it on twitter and had quite a few replies all positive and know the problem is getting rectified

  i know its putting it on your toes but iam sure its worth a try

  thanks mark jay also suggested twitter and I know its probably quite effective, however I only use facebook for now and I hope to resolve this issue with it.

  not a huge fan of social media myself, I don't like getting too involved in the internets of things lol

  Me neither Tom. I don't even have a Fakebook acct. I do have a Twitter, though. It comes in handy sometimes, too. 

  You'd be surprised how companies that are slow to act or "hiding" will suddenly jump, and come out of hiding when negative posts/tweets/reviews show up with their name(s) tagged (@ and #)

  Yelp (which I've never used until just a week ago) surprised me when I posted a 1 star negative review for a security company. The company had a response within minutes, and the problem was rectified in less than an hour!!!

  Shocked me.

  Good luck. Stay on top of Skytrak. Check your post daily, and make sure they don't remove it :-)

  Same as John as with me. I've won a few of the USGA CTTH contests and it takes at least 3 months to redeem, but stay on top of it and eventually it does make it's way to you.

  I see you're leading the latest Skytrak Challenge. Jerk!! Haha, jk. It will be fun to try and take you down. If not, hope the gift card stays in the Transgressional family!!

  cool man - well ive been in touch with skytrak on facebook and also spoke to skytrak_seth on golf simulator forums - hopefully they can sort thru this :)

  yea go for it lol - it was a strange thing, had an hour or so to kill before we headed interstate for the long weekend and I played it , similar thing happened last skytrak tourney lol

  im sure it wont hold, had 3 pars on that round lol
