I adjust when I hit too long and come up 60 ft short....I adjust for wind conditions in my face and my ball STILL flies over the green!  And don't even get me started on how many birdies and pars I've lost to the ball hitting the damned flag stick!.

I just can't seem to figure out this damned game.....and it's driving me insane!!!!!!

iv been playing for a lil while now and iv figured out a few lil things, if you have your 7iron and it is meant to go 150yrds, thats 150 with no wind, no backspin, a perfect hit in the swing bar, flat ground. now you add all of those in and theres a lil bit of math to do, almost every approch shot i play i have full backspin so i add 2yrds to the distance of my shot, i add another 2yrds for the liklyhood i miss the perfect line in the swing bar. Now the wind, iv noticed that the longer the shot the more the wind effects the shot. If you are hitting straight into a 15mph wind and you have a 215yrd club, the ball will go about 200yrds, if your hitting 100yrds that same wind will only have about a 3yrd change, so your ball wil go about 96-97yrds, so i hope i made some sort of sense for you and try out my theorys
