Creating CC Tourns.?

  WTF! Trying to create CC tournaments is F'ing ridiculous.

  Sometimes they get loaded, other times it just tries to load and never does. 

  Freaking WGT 'PROGRAMMERS"! LMFAO!

  NOW! it created TWO F'ING Tournaments while loading. 

  I know this happened a few months back but to happen AGAIN! 

  Proves my point in regards to "programmerrs - IN TRAINING".

  I have no problems creating CC tourneys. Did 5 today alone.

  Sometimes they double up. Wgt has given us the ability to cancel a tournament (sometimes)  but if not contact customer service and they will remove the extra tourney.This is something WGT could improve.

  WGT customer services are great at removing duplicate. Never waited over a day and usually around 8 hrs or so.

  When adding tourny, if its loading up for around 8 seconds then click back arrow.

  Sometimes the tourny is added. 

  If its not added do not trust it, click club then back to tournaments and check before adding again.

  ,,,,and this ^^^^^^ is the type of "programming" we deal with.

  As I mentioned before, the programmers had this problem before and now the SAME problem is back ,,,,,,AGAIN!

  The IT dept. at WGT suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks. 

  I will give them this though - with all the "new" GARBAGE" they added to this game over the years I am sure it is nearly impossible to fix one problem without creating another.

  Either way, when you can't create a simple in-house tournament without having a programming problem it seems that as long as you know where the power switch is on a computer WGT will hire you as a programmer.
