  I was reading that flash will be totally gone in 2 years. Do you think WGT will adapt or let the PC version die? 

  I know I stated I think they will let it go ,but wanting others thoughts.

  If WGT would like to chime in with what the company has talked about that would be great.

   

  Does anyone know if the mobile version is flash?

  Mobile is definitely not flash.

  There have been many threads on this subject, WGT say they expect flash to be around for at least another 10 years and have no present plans regarding changing platforms for pc players.

  There are also a lot of articles written about this and from what I have read 2 years is way too quick for that to happen. Maybe a scare story?

  Do a quick one minute goggle search there is topics from back in 2009 that flash was dying

  Thats really about new development. Flash will still be played for years. The flash plug-in itself will probably not keep up with security fixes, so most likely you will turn on for specific websites only.

  10 years sounds about right, unless they choose to re-write wgt.

  I'd invest in a good plastic shovel. Especially if you're loaded.

  So then (if it happens) WGT will either move to HTML, or we'll all have to play off mobile devices.....pretty sure that's what the man said many times?

   

    Don't ask me, I don't know, don't have a solution, don't even know what HTML is, and don't have a mobile device.
