  I've just upgraded to IE 9 and suddenly, the buy WGT credits and purchase items from the pro shop, won't work. As soon as I click purchase now, it just takes me back to the home-screen. Clearly I have something enabled (or disabled?) but can anyone tell me what it might be?

  Maybe the Flash Player might need re-installing.

  there are 2 issues. one maybe just cookies/temp files, which after following directions below, you can fix. but 2nd is a bug with IE9, so if that's the case, you may need to try to use a different browser.

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
