Long-time error since Event #4 (Dec. 13-14, 2014), see 4th post of this thread. They haven't repaired it in 31 months, so they apparently don't care for the results.
It seems to happen when you start a second round via "play again" and use a Superpass. Your description differs though, pointing to a purchase - can you confirm please and describe in detail?
User's workaround would be NOT to "play again" but go back to the menu.
Another workaround with Superpasses is to quit the round when you see the "zero" scores. Then, the Superpass will still be available in the next game. Dunno about purchased passes.
BTW: My two Pfennig are: Don't buy CC passes. NEVER!
